Your funnel
Where exactly do you lose people?
Width = each step’s share of the 7,000 users who entered · each band is the drop into its own step · red outlines the biggest one
Your biggest single loss is the people who get to “homepage” but never take the next step. Everything else in this report is smaller than this.
What to do next
Most urgent first
Reduce 2. product_view dropout
37.1% of visitors never reach this step — your biggest leak. Test a simpler UI, reduce options, or add guidance copy on the step before it.
≈ +591 conversions this period if everyone lost here had carried on like the rest
Reduce 3. add_to_cart dropout
36.4% never reach this step — your second-biggest leak. Often a small copy or layout tweak can recover these visitors.

Privacy & data security
WhereTheyLeave is built on a privacy-first architecture. This isn't just a policy — it's a technical constraint built into how the tool works.
Your data stays private
When you upload a file, all parsing and analysis runs entirely in your browser — your data never reaches our servers. For the GA4 API connection, we read your data to generate the report but never store raw analytics data. The only information we save (if you create an account) is your report output — used to build trends and history — never the raw input data.
