Terms of Service
Effective date: March 15, 2026 · Last updated: March 15, 2026 · wheretheyleave.com
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using WhereTheyLeave — including browsing the website or using the analysis tool — you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. About the Service
WhereTheyLeave is a web service operated by Dominik Supiński (sole proprietor, Poland), available at wheretheyleave.com.
Some features use AI (powered by third-party language models) to generate insights from your report data. AI-generated content is informational only and should be verified before acting on it.
WhereTheyLeave's features may change over time. If a change affects your active subscription, we'll let you know in advance.
3. Account and Registration
An account is required to access all features.
Creating an account
- A valid email address is required to register.
- You can sign in with Google or use email and password.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You may not create accounts on behalf of other people without their consent.
Account security
If you notice unauthorized access to your account, let us know as soon as possible. We can't recover data lost due to a compromised account, so please keep your credentials safe.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from your settings. After deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. We keep billing records for 5 years as required by Polish tax law.
4. Plans and Payments
WhereTheyLeave offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. See the pricing page for details.
Free trial
New accounts include 5 free analyses per month — no credit card required. After you've used them, you can upgrade to a paid plan.
Paid subscription
- Payments are handled by Stripe — a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month or year, depending on your plan.
- You can cancel your subscription from account settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we don't offer partial refunds.
- We may change plan prices with 30 days' notice for active subscribers.
Invoices and taxes
We can issue a VAT invoice on request. Prices on our website are shown before tax. For EU customers without a VAT number, we add VAT as required. EU businesses with a valid VAT number may qualify for reverse charge.
5. Acceptable Use
Use of WhereTheyLeave is permitted only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. The following is prohibited:
- break any laws,
- upload files containing viruses or malicious code,
- attempt to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access,
- use automated scripts to scrape data from the service,
- resell access to the service without our written permission,
- upload analytics data belonging to organizations you don't have permission to access.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or deletion of your account, without a refund.

For details on personal data (account, billing), see our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
WhereTheyLeave — its design, code, algorithms, logo, and content — is owned by Dominik Supiński and protected by copyright law.
Without our written permission, you may not:
- copy, modify, or create products based on WhereTheyLeave,
- decompile or reverse-engineer the code,
- remove any copyright or ownership notices,
- use the WhereTheyLeave name or logo in a way that implies affiliation.
These Terms give you a limited, revocable license to use the service as intended — we're not transferring any intellectual property rights to you.
8. No Warranties
WhereTheyLeave is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
In particular, we don't guarantee that:
- the service will be available all the time or be error-free,
- analysis results will be accurate — that depends on the quality of data you provide,
- the service will work on every browser or device,
- data from GA4 or Shopify will be error-free (e.g. GA4 data sampling).
Reports are a helpful tool — not a professional audit. Any business decisions you make based on them are your own responsibility.
9. Our Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for:
- indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from using the service,
- lost profits, revenue, or data,
- losses from business decisions made based on our reports,
- service outages caused by factors outside our control (e.g. cloud infrastructure failures, changes to Google or Shopify APIs).
If you're entitled to compensation, the maximum amount is the total fees you paid to WhereTheyLeave in the preceding 3 months.
The above limitations do not apply to the extent prohibited by mandatory law, in particular regarding damages caused intentionally.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we'll email registered users at least 14 days before they take effect.
Minor changes (corrections, clarifications) take effect on the date of publication. The update date is always visible in the document header.
Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with the changes, you may delete your account before they become effective.
11. Law and Contact
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction over the operator's registered office, unless mandatory provisions require otherwise.
If you're an EU consumer, you can also use the EU's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
